I'm trying to find a comic about a female reporter that receives a invitation to go to a City where there are no laws/everyone is naked and the person that built it turns out to be a younger guy that she went to high school with. He's dating/married a princess that paid for that giant city and they made it to be the one place free of rules. It involves a few different genres like shota, loli, and exhibitionism, it's basically just like the comic Mizuryuu Kei Land with people having sex in public. Thank you.
