Playing a game of hide n seek and two people end up in a closet on a shelf of some kind. They end up having sex and also getting caught. They manage to hide the fact they were fucking and the last panel is someone else coming out of the same closet blushing. I cant for the life of me find this one, it was on the "popular right now" section YEARS ago, and I lost it when this site stopped working.

Jyoshi Luck! 2nd arc both MC and a 2nd girl is having sex in the closet at the end of the arc they got caught by another girl but she didn't reveal them to the other and kept silence about it. and I watched anime only. haven't read the manga to progress futher.
