I read this manga a long time ago and have been looking or it or a while but I cant locate it.

Its a yaoi manga. I believe. Its about 2 guys spending New Years Together since they had nobody to spend it with or something like that.

It takes place in a room and theres a table. Probably a kotatsu I cant remember. They were just high school £riends. I£ you can £ind it that would be a great help!
