I'm sure lots of people have noticed the very small amount of uploads to the site. You can look at this post and see a little bit of the why, https://pururin.to/forum/discussion/general-discussion/ban-super-sus here Glovelove (https://pururin.to/profile/12067/glovelove) talks about the admin of this site being gone for months. They also mention that the upload system is broken and only the admin can fix it.

This leads me to the question, is the site gonna be able to come back from this or is this it? Is there anything we can do to help? Can anyone even do anything or is it that they literally cannot or do not have access to what is broken?

Hope we don't have to just give up on one of our favorite sites.

Without admin access and someone really willing to administer it, the site is dead.
The admin posted a comment on Discord that the code looks like shit and he should focus on that. That was a month ago, but I don't know if he's really working on it.

And even then it still needs active mods. The only one who was active lately was Glovelove. And moderation also costs some time, which you have to spend regularly.

Another advantage here is that some works can still be found here that are no longer on Exhentai.

I really don't want this site to die/be dead, there's no other quite like it with such quality control (no duplicates, english uploads only, etc)

Well, only the time will tell if Puru's going to comeback or not. Without him this site is as good as dead.
