I have been looking for a Fate doujin for a really long time now.

It has to do with Illyasviel Einzbern, I have very little knowledge of what happens in it though. All I can remember is that the angle shows her back from the left and she looks over her shoulder, completely naked on a bed, embarrassed, can't remember who she was with though.

Would be much appreciated if someone can help me find it again.
