Looking for Mob Boss Heart Transplant H-Manga

I'm looking for a H-manga I wasn't able to finish reading.

The main character is a school boy who meets a tall, super-strong blonde and they start a relationship. He later finds out that he is the vessel for the transplanted heart of a ruthless mob(?) boss. The blonde and her sister(?)/rival were his bodyguards/lovers and transferred to the school to keep an eye on him until their boss's former personality resurfaces. The kid eventually quits high school and becomes the head of the multi-million dollar organization.

Sorry, I can't be more specific, but it's been years since I read this. Can anyone help me find it?
Please keep in mind, this is not the "Take On Me" series.
