I'm having troubles connecting to my account

So I'm having troubles on loging into my account.

When I'm faced with the loging I put my name account and password and no matter what it says is incorrect. So I have to ask for a password reset on my e-mail. An e-mail is send and I recive the link to change password, but once I'm there I put my e-mail and the new password yet it gives me an error 404 and ask me to return to the homepage. Once I do that I'm logged into my account.

It doesn't matter if I change my password from inside my account once I log off and try to log in again everything exactly like this happen.

Any help on this?

Never had a problem like that before, if possible.. can you take a screen shot or a video so that we can exactly know what the problem is.
