It starts out with a the MC in an arcade. He keeps get his ass handed to him slander he leaves with his female friend who loves him. She either say she can help/plays with him or she tries to lift his spirits and have sex. Afterward he goes back to the arcade and get defeat. She fights him and wins and it revealed that she was a champion fighter.

All I remember is that the guy was short but the girl could have been tall too. The art style was similar to goban but the closest was the cheerleading one.

A little more information would help getting you what you want. For example it is very helpful when we get some information that results in content tags that could be used in an advanced search.
