It's a bit hazy, but I think the gist of it is that the trap's sister died (he wasn't a trap yet by then). Since his parents loved his sister more than him, the father (I think it was the father, anyway) reconditioned him to become just like his sister was.
After a time skip or whatever, the trap was now basically a splitting image of his sister. Also unfortunately, the reconditioning process his father had in mind was to rape him continuously as a way to slowly drive him to a girl's mindset.
Overtime, the trap fell in love with his father making the mother jealous. In the end, while he was smelling some flowers, the mother pushed him towards a deep hole (or a cliff, can't remember) basically an attempted murder while saying something like "you should never have been born" or whatever.
I think there was also an emotional scene where he was hearing his parents fighting saying that he can never replace his dead sister, and what the father was doing was demented. I think this also drove the trap in tears, crying over how it was true.
