So I read this a long time ago.
A few guys are chilling on the beach, one of them is a playboy and is fucking some chick. It turns out she’s cheating, they get caught and the playboy gets his ass beat. He falls into the sea and almost drowns. A pink haired supernatural girl saves his life and fucks him on the beach. He passes out and later his friends find him naked on the beach. He thinks the girl was a dream.
It later turns out the girl has a condition where she needs to fuck in order to stay alive. The guy is ‘up to the task’ to take care of her, but there is one caviat: while fucking gives her power it drains the guy and makes him weak.
I remember the title having an ‘X’ in the middle.
