extremely niche, I'll leave this to the 2nd opinion of another mod but its very close to just Bald and more effort than it's worth to locate the few galleries out there actually needing this

The difference isn't big enough for people to actually matter or if they actually have a fetish for this (which I kind of doubt) to like one, but not the other, so no.

The fetish where the difference actually matters is actually there but context telling the difference might not even be supplied in the manga itself unless Shaving is applied, mostly relying on a combination of tags to be recognized sorta makes it pointless to have over just a tag search on said combination
